Billing Issues
My son went to Dr. Allen for a broken tooth. He 'repaired it.' Within a month the area had broken off again. The office has had our insurance information since November and have yet to submit a claim to the correct location. The main issue is that despite giving the office all of our dental insurance information, we continue to receive bills. The receptionist was very rude when I called today to try to straighten out the bill. 'The billing lady is not in today.' I was asked 'what I did not understand.' Then basically hung up on. I have confirmed that Dr. Allen was the listed provider for the time of service (November). We will not be returning to this office nor would I recommend it to anyone due to the billing issues and rude staff. I will continue to await a call from the 'billing lady' who is apparently only in the office on Tuesdys. I am a physician and this is not how you treat patients.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Allen of over 10 years. We have always been very pleased with his work. I do highly recommend him to my friends and co-workers.
