Dr. White was Okay and did a good job on my son’s teeth but her staff did a terrible job on insurance paperwork and communication. They lied to us that they were in the Metlife insurance network when we check-in but after two treatments they stated that they were not in the network and also they did not file my primary insurance. They ended up sending us a big bill and made us pay for it. I was very disappointed with her staff. I will not return to Dr. White’s office due to her staff. My recommendation to anyone planning to visit Dr. White in the future, think twice before visiting her because they won’t pay your bill for their miscommunication.

Well it doesn't surprise me that history is a repeat. I'm blessed that racism was shine. It is no telling what they would not done to my daughter.
