Dr. Terry Moore, DDS

I am sorry the one negative reviewer had such a bad experience. So many people depend on Dr. Moore and his assistant wife Chris that I doubt the one review will hurt his practice much. BUT it's hard to please everyone and going to the dentist can be a traumatic experience for many. I actually LIKE going to him because I know the care I will get is exceptional and generally affordable. He helps people like my wife and me, in our 70's, save the teeth we have left. They are fine people --very considerate and empathetic. I was with my wife when she had to have most of her upper teeth pulled and replaced with a denture. I thought it wouldn't work, that she would have to have implants (which he doesn't do), but it fit snugly/perfectly and she has been happy ever since. At least, as happy as anyone can be who has to remove teeth at night!

I went to this doctor because of good recommendations. I had a sensitive tooth that recently had a filling that hurt when I drank cold water. The doctor Terry said that the sensitivity was due to the top tooth rubbing the bottom tooth. He shaved down the top tooth and said I would feel great. I right away felt pressure between my top and bottom front teeth. I informed the doctor. He laughed at me and said I was imagining it. A week passed and now my whole jaw hurts. Now my front teeth hurt. I cannot relax my jaw. And the tooth I came in to fix still hurts. This doctor did not help me and made me feel worse. My bottom front teeth ground down just in a week. I can not speak the same way I spoke before. Now I am going to a different doctor who would hopefully reconstruct the several spoiled tooth. I don’t understand why there are so many good reviews for this doctor. He spoiled my quality of life, he is just terrible dentist and I don’t know why he is still working!

Dr Terry Moore has been my dentist for 15+ years, I will never, ever change, the very best...along with his Assistant Kris!!
