This is the worst dentist I have ever met. Absolutely horrible!!!

Not 1 but "0" STARS!!!!! - This practice...I mean "dentist" office is a COMPLETE SHAM!!!!!! I have never EVER witnessed a dentist so hard up for $$$$$ NOR have I ever witnessed a dentist call the authorities on a patient for trying to get refunded $60 that was "mistakenly" deducted from her account in the middle of COVID (when the office was actually shut down). Multiple billing errors and 3 different Office Managers within a 6 month time period BUT Dr. Hopper penalizes the patient?!?!? I was only "seen" by him once THE ENTIRE TIME. I should have followed my gut instinct and trusted all of the other HORRIFIC reviews I read. This "Dr." terminated me as a patient AFTER I paid for treatment IN FULL. Sir, I will see you in court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This office is very very unprofessional they don't take time with you they lied to you about what you do have and what you don't have the service is horrible and the work he does in your mouth is horrible I would never ever refer anyone there he doesn't have bedside manner as far as a doctor is concerned he cares less about what you think he cares less about how you feel

My experience with Dr. Hopper was not good. My insurance would not approve of his services, so I paid 400 dollars out of pocket. His staff was nice and kind but he was mean and appeared angry at me, which left me with a bad feeling since. I needed a root canal or extraction, had nerve pain. He made me pay 99 dollars with my credit card on the phone the night before my visit. I have never heard of that. But if he was nice and kind, I would not be here. He is a mean, angry man and I would never recommend anyone to visit him.

Absolute Money Greeedy, All around has no respect to his patients nor his staff is absolutely mean. Even in front of patients he treats his staff like garbage and enjoys makiing fun of his employees and is just an overall

Paid for services in full for braces in April 2018. In 2018 of December office made error in billing insurance. Asked me to have fillings on teeth done clamming i still had more benefits but i later found out that i didnt. I could've waited 2 weeks for services to start over in 2019 and not worry about insurance covering it but they kept saying i had benefits remaining and to get fillings done before 2018 ended. Now they realize they messed up and want me to pay what insurance would've paid for.

I go to Dr. Hopper. He does excellent work. He's always communicating with you as well as his nurse during your treatment. He's knowledgable, quick and honest. I would definitely reccomend him. He listens to you and knows what to do. No worries about getting the right treatment.

When I first came to this dental office, it felt very professional and that made me feel reassured. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone( even though I already have and they also had a terrible experience). When I came Chevy was the receptionist and she was very friendly and patient. Johnaton ( who is no longer there nor Chevy) was the most disrectful person ever ( not to your face though) . Dr. Hopper is amazing; he is low stress-low anxiety-and has a bedside manner so to speak. His work is amazing and I have referred family members to him to have their dental needs met.

Great experience with Dr. Hopper and his team. I like the oversight he provides to his team and the thoroughness of his examination. Friendly staff and willing to explain what they're doing. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and kind staff.

He is my family dentist for the last 5 years, he has done an excellent job, his staff is excellent and very attentive. I recommend it.

From my first visit..the staff was amazing and friendly. Dr. HOPPER Explained the process and was extremely patient with all of my questions. Of course the pricing compared to others is great !

We love this place so far. We felt welcomed by the front desk staff and by the back office staff including Dr. Hopper. I found their practice very clean amd their staff are very friendly. The amswered all of our questions and made it affordable for us to have both of our kiddos treated at the same time. We even paid it all in full when at other places we went before we couldnt get both of them treated.
