Dr. Terence Chan, DDS

I have 6 kids I've been taking to Dr. Chan for a few years ,and I have nothing but good things to say about him ! But his staff besides a few nice ones, are sooooo snotty , the lady today had a attitude and said wellll maybe if you didn't cancel her last appointment ?? umm lady that was 4 days ago and I didn't know my kids had a half day of school when I made the appointment, so was I supose to keep the appointment and leave my kids waiting at the bus ???? Like you're awfully nosey , why not just do your job and quit judging ppl ! You don't know me or my life and I highly doubt you have as many kids as me or half as much going on daily ... I didn't come here for a lecture ! And then the other lady yelled at my daughter for touching her mouth than asked her why she so angry ??? Maybe because instead if being kind and compassionate to her , you were rough and annoyed ?? she's only 4 i get its a holiday weekend and you dont want to be working but... if you don't like your job quit ! Other than that great office and dentist, but I might be moving my kids somewhere else after this appointment .

Had I left this review a few months ago it would have been at least 4 stars, but after our most recent visits, we won't be going back. Our 5 year old needed a couple of caps unfortunately due to health issues when he was born. Dr. Chan refused to do the procedure in house and instead insisted that it be done in a hospital. When all was said and done what should have been a simple procedure ended up being an all day adventure and cost us thousands of dollars. Most recently, our older son needed a filling, he was numbed, but it was not given adequate time to do it's job so he told them the work hurt. Rather than wait a few more moments, Dr. Chan promptly told us that our son has anxiety issues and there for he wouldn't do the work. Our son has NEVER had anxiety issues. I do have to say that he was a great dentist when we first used him, but now things have changed.

We drive all the way from out of town to this dentist he is one of the best around. Also all the staff are awesome!!!
