Though Dr. Cotton and associates weren't able to time travel and prevent decades of neglect, they were remarkably efficient and capable in the procedure they could perform. If atmosphere and attitude are of consequence (they are!) this office scores very high. Great communication from start to finish. I was directly involved in the discussion and decision making process, which is not always the case. Cannot express how satisfied I am with the service and care I was afforded. Grade A+!

I was referred to Dr. Cotton, but I couldn't tell you if I liked him or not, because I couldn't get past his incredibly rude, cold, uncaring staff! What a shame! First of all, needing this type of service is burdensome in the first place, but being spoken to in a most robotic and uncaring, rude manner is unforgivable. If you aren't treated nicely on the phone, what more can you expect in the office. No thanks!
