Very skilled dentists, nice office, very efficient, but deep down you can't shake the feeling it's a money grab as they are constantly trying to talk you into more expensive services, albeit in a cordial, though borderline Stepford wives, way. They even make you sign waivers if you refuse these extra services, and I can't tell if it's to scare you, or truly indemnity themselves. The last straw was their strict adherence to their missed appointment policy. Been going to them for a couple of years and my google reminders glitched and I missed one appointment. This was a mistake on my part and I get it, totally my fault. However, I was expecting a "first strike" mentality and a bit more understanding and kindness from a care provider, especially during Covid and the challenges it causes us all in our day-to-day. Instead, they refused to waive their $50 fee, no exceptions. So certainly, I'll pay the fee, but it doesn't help alleviate the feeling of this "money grab" I sense from them. And
