Dr. Tae Kong, DDS

I have seen Dr. Kong twice. The first visit was in order to have an evaluation for a possible root canal. He was wonderfully courteous, kind, thorough, and professional. In ascertaining that a root canal was appropriate, his explanation, preparation, and performance of the procedure were all five-star-level. The second visit was to evaluate another tooth, thought potentially problematic at the time of the first visit, but regarding which he was unpersuaded. After giving time for recovery, etc. from the first visit root canal, at this second appointment he was again supremely kind, professional, etc. He rightly found that no procedure was necessary. But in addition he listened closely, saw a need for other evaluation, not specifically endodontic in nature, performed that evaluation, and was able to kindly and professionally explain the nature of the unexpected challenge, answer questions, and guide me to a good plan of care for that problem. Highly, highly recommended.

My experience was great, I have always heard Root Canals were very painful, not with Dr Kong, he explained the procedure and it was very comfortable. I “Highly Highly” recommend Dr Kong and his staff!

Dr. Kong was concerned about my comfort from the moment he returned my phone call on a Sunday morning. His “bedside manner” upon meeting him in the office was superb. He explained the process, my options, and then answered my questions thoroughly without rushing. Best experience ever in what was a scary, painful situation. The procedure went smoothly and I did not feel any pain from the moment he began. I highly recommend Dr. Kong for all reasons.

I had an unpleasant & painful root canal about 8 years ago. Swore NEVER again would I be subjected to that much pain. Dr. Kong was very pleasant & I must say the only pain I had was the shot to deaden the pain. The procedure was completely painless. Was I every Happy!!!! Wonderful job!!

Ten years ago Dr. Kong did a root canal on a tooth for me, and it has been no trouble since. I now need another root canal, and was very pleased to find that Dr. Kong will be doing this one for me also. He is an outstanding dentist, and his staff are outstanding as well. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kong when you are in need of immediate help.

Dr. Kong and his staff are amazing with kids! My son is 8 and he was scared, anxiety. It took an hour to get started lol, and not once did any one make us feel like a burden. They recognized the human part of my son! The extreme emotions he was having, and treated him with the upmost respect and dignity! Thank you for being the Doctor my son deserved on this day ! Dr. Kong and his staff were very friendly and caring! He was done and finishing up with my root canal professionally without any pain, using high -tech technology.
