Dr. Susannah Payne is great!
She carefully examined and cared for some serious pain I was having. While we were not able to locate the source of the pain, she and her father both took me seriously and thoroughly examined my mouth to see if there was something that could be done and honestly disclosed what they recommended doing, what might and might not be covered by insurance and professionally reported their findings. The source of the pain ended up being my sinuses, nothing they could have helped with, but I genuinely felt cared for and they research the matter professionally and thoroughly. I’ve been going to the Payne’s practice for a decade now and Dr. Susannah continues to exemplify professionalism in their practice. Would highly recommend their care.

Dr Payne has been extraordinarily patient with my difficult gag reflex. Of the several dentists who have rotated in and out of the office, she's been among the most understanding and empathetic. With her help, I even got through a recent treatment without using sedation. Kudos and high recommendations.
