Ms Payne Due to space please see vitals or yelp for full review. I discussed Ins. and what I could pay for dental work with Ms Payne up front. We had an agreement that she wouldn’t do anything insurance wouldn’t cover 100% with exception of my two $50 deductibles. After 5 months of dental work I was billed $1300. She received $1000 from charity and filed bal. to the credit bureaus. Would not return my calls or letters for 2 yrs. still has not called to discuss why she renigged on our agreement

I am a horrible patient. I cancel appointments. I get nervous with every move the dentist makes. I can't sit still. I ask too many questions.... and Dr. Payne has NEVER once made me feel like I was a headache. She is BEYOND patient and her staff is too. I am so grateful to her for dealing with me. She is wonderful!
