Dr. Suresh Pattanashetti, DMD

My most recent two visits and prior ones have been a wonderful experience. Dr. Pattanashetti is and his assistance, sorry I don't remember her name, were so kind, thoughtful and gentle. They care about you as a person and what you are going though. Going to the dentist is not on the top of anyone's list, but the staff and ambiance are absolutely delightful.

While initially impressed with Dr. Pattanshetti’s bedside manner, his recommended treatment plan seemed overly aggressive. I ended up getting a second opinion, and the other dentist confirmed that my diagnosis was significantly overblown. They also discovered that a crown I had done here wasn’t fitted properly. You live and you learn!

He refused to do a no co-pay annual cleaning per my insurance. Charged 33 for a 5min appt to do my periodontal numbers ...2,3,4s. I'm 64 and have good oral health. Told my husband he suddenly has mostly 5s. Sounds like he's inflating those numbers? Said I need to pay out of pocket for a more extensive cleaning, which takes place many months later. I asked for a general no co-pay cleaning. He refused saying he wouldn't jeopardize by health. huh? Also gave me list of potential work for 1925 out of pocket. I passed. Not having any issues with those teeth at this time. Told me we prob were not a good fit. I left office saying he's a rip off. Person in waiting room nodded. I reported him to my insurance co. He's got quite the operation over there. There are lots of review online like mine!!

Dr Pattanashetti’s dental practice is set up to maximize his pay, at the expense of his patients. You go in for a cleaning, but they say you need a bunch of x-rays first. They do inform you that your insurance covers all the x-rays. You then have to schedule another appt to actually get your teeth cleaned. They demand extra add on costs every step of the way. If you don’t agree to the extra add on treatments and expenses, they flat out refuse to treat you. Do not go to this Dr.

The Dr. takes time to answer questions and provides solutions. His work has been meticulous! He is friendly and makes the patient feel at ease. The staff have all been pleasant and friendly. Dr. Pattanashetti is also easy to reach anytime, and very good at returning calls.

Dr. Pattanshetti's office is a well run facility with excellent, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Their offices are modern, clean and safe. I have been with Dr. Pattanshetti for the past seven years and highly recommend him to anyone needing cleaning, crowns, bridge, etc. A great experience with great results!

So grateful I found Dr. P. I’ve been a patient here since I moved to MD 6 years ago. He is kind, personable and very caring. I appreciate the personal follow up phone calls after a procedure. I recently changed dentists due to the retirement of my long-term dentist. I was apprehensive about a new dentist; however, my experience with Dr. Pattanashetti has been nothing but a pleasure. He is highly professional, friendly and runs a great office full of highly professional, friendly staff. I could not be more pleased with my choice.

I am a new patient of Dr. Pattanashetti and I am impressed with how the whole office is highly professional and personable. When I come in I am seen at my exact appointment time. After each appointment Dr. Pattanashetti calls me to know how I am doing. I have never had an experience like this before. I would give the whole practice 10 stars if I could.

I have been going to this dentist for years. Today I had an unusually bad experience. I came in 5 minutes before my appointment time of 2:30pm. I was made to wait 15 minutes pass my scheduled appointment because the prior appointment was running over. It would have been nice to have been advised ahead of time so I didn’t waste my time. This is the same office that charged me a fee for being late one time two years ago. Where is the accountability for your office? When I brought it to the attention of the dentist he reminded me of what happened two years ago and ended the conversation with a rude comment “you can go to another dentist office where you can come late” This is unacceptable. There are too many options for dental care in the state for anyone to have to deal with is nonsense. I hope the dentist and his office take note and do better.

As always, it was a clean, safe environment, ready when I got there, and care taken with the procedure.

Dr. Pattaneshetti's office is professional, always clean, well organized. Everyone is helpful, friendly. Their hands are light, they are patient, understanding.
