Paying out of pocket
I went to Dr Cox for years. I am now having to pay out of pocket at a new dentist to have a crown and multiple filings redone as his work is failing, in less than 4-5 years, so insurance will not cover it. Very disappointed.

Wonderful. I was amaze with the preformist of Dr. Cox. He's a very fine dentist, with a wonderful staff.

I have seen Dr. Cox for years! He and his office staff have always been empathetic to my fear. I never ever had any problems until recently. His whole office staff is new. I’ve had such a bad experience I will not go back. I was even lied to, just to try and get me in there after I told them I wouldn’t be back. Just so disappointed. I think Doctors/Dentist forget that we the customer/patient is who they get the salary from. I’m NOT going to pay you to talk to me any kind of way. If the dentist wants people like this running his business then so be it, I will go somewhere to be treated in a respectful way.
