Be wary when he says you need a crown!
If you have dental insurance, make sure you get pre authorization that your insurance will cover your crowns before proceeding. And get it in writing. The office tries to bill you before they even submit your claim. I learned the hard way when I had two “necessary crowns” (per Dr. Tran) placed. My insurance did not pay for either of them as they did not meet the criteria.

As a new patient I am so impressed with the service and care I received. Finding a new practitioner is always hard but this appointment was so wonderful. I felt heard, and I appreciated the explanations of what was happening.

Left because the billing Dept was often over-charging. We complained and they would say it was a "glitch" in the system or some other nonsense. After 7 months, I finally got a refund of $250 for their last mistake and we transferred to new dentist. Dr, Tran told me at last visit I needed a crown and my husband had 2 cavities and needed a crown. New dentist said these were not necessary.
