Dr.Schiffenhaus DMD I called today and spoke to Stephanie. She said I owe a balance. She will not release my medical records. I tried setting up a payment plan, I tried asking to speak with you directly. She hung up on me two times! Is this how you want your front office to represent you? Please reach out to me.

As I got older I noticed the gaps between my top front teeth were getting wider and wider. I talked to Dr. Schiffenhaus and we decided on veneers. After 2 visits I was able to walk out of the office with confidence and a big smile again. He is the most caring, kind understanding Dentist I have ever been to. Very friendly, down to earth, nice person. Takes time to explain things. Makes you feel very comfortable. Staff at Softouch Dental, the practice that he now owns are super!!

Dr. Schiffenhaus is by far one of the very best. He is patient and explains every thing he's doing and what's coming next. I've known him for the past 3 years and he is a very thorough and is always looking for the patient's comfort.
