Dr. Steven Hatcher, DDS

The staff is trained to up sale you in crowns, whitening, and even root canals. It is kinda silly “how can we make your snails better today” or something similar. Must have taken some dentist seminar on how to up-sale your clients to make more money. Had a terrible experience with one of the teeth Dr Hatcher destroyed a good tooth during a root canal.

Wowzas, he was awesome. Felt no pain at all during my tooth extraction. Staff was the best ever. Looking forward to my next visit to get my dental issues taken care of. This review is for Dr. Hatcher not Taylor

From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, I experienced quick and compassionate attention to what seemed to me to be my painful emergency situation. Dr. Hatcher listened patiently, then with combined knowledge of my medical history and presenting problem, he offered well explained treatment options and gentle advice. I am sincerely grateful for a procedure being performed that comfortably resolved an extremely uncomfortable problem.

When I moved back to GSO in 2015, I researched several dental practices before choosing this one. Over the past 4 years, all of the dentists and Alisia (hygienist extraordinaire) have been professional and friendly while taking amazing care of my teeth. Alisia was my most recent hygienist - knowledgeable, personable and patient. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this practice.

I've been going to this dentistry for 6 years, and, surprisingly to me, it just keeps getting better! Although she wasn't there when I started, I'm convinced that hiring Kellie was a great choice. On Tuesday, once again, Kellie performed her responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently while participating in enjoyable conversation, putting me at ease. Due to my comments, she determined that a panoramic xray was necessary. Kellie carefully explained what would happen, and what I would need to do, again putting me at ease, and having success with the procedure. When Dr.Santiago came in, Kellie communicated my comments about the tooth and her observations when checking. Dr. Santiago thoroughly checked my mouth and the film, explaining that Dr. Hatcher would need to assess. As Kellie, she consistently does a thorough job while carrying on conversation when appropriate. I'm grateful to have a dentistry that I actually enjoy (!) and trust!

Since moving to Greensboro almost 2 years ago, I’ve realized my research paid off in choosing Dr. Hatcher’s practice for my dental needs. I see them every 4 months for cleanings, and after some initial initial restorations that were expertly addressed, my dental health has stabilized and I am very happy with all the services provided by Dr Hatcher, His Associates, and staff. Everyone is very supportive, friendly and attentive to all your questions and needs. All the procedures and services are performed expertly, with the latest equipment and techniques. And most of all, if you have any fear of pain from a dental procedure, you can be sure his team can manage it for you. Highly recommended!

My hygienist, Alisia, is always friendly and makes me feel comfortable during cleanings. Dr. Santiago is also great to work with. She has a calming energy about her, and I feel safe in her care. One of the most talented, efficient and kind dentists I have had the pleasure of being a patient of. In case you also are seeing an oral surgeon and/or orthodontist, Dr. Hatcher is more than happy to work with these other professionals to ensure all are on the same plan, working toward the same goal.

My experience with the staff at Dr. Hatcher was great. Everyone there made fell comfortable and assured me over and over I would be fine, and I was. It was a smooth transition when I was given the anesthesia to when I fell asleep, I didn't feel any discomfort at all. The whole time I felt safe and well taken care of, like I said before the experience was very smooth and great. I was nervous at first but they helped me alot. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Very disappointed. No chair side manner. Does not listen to what you want. Great staff but he's not on board with them.

Dr. Hatcher works with my entire family, husband and two daughters. Marsha and Bunny, our dental hygienists, are welcoming and friendly. We don't even mind going to the dentist!
