Rudest unprofessional i walked out crying
I stepped out to call about my insurance and couldn’t pay out of pocket at the moment came back the front desk women comment it was very rude of you to try n leave if you couldn’t pay for it the dr will do ur cleaning(more to that).instead of being understanding the tone, facial expressions n the way she talked to me after she said that. I don’t know much about insurance and I stated that. I walked out of there crying her demeanor an the was she spoke to me was horrible. Is it because I could pay 400$ out of pocket I get treated differently ? I’ve never been spoken to in such a degrading way.
