To start off this review, i'm currently traveling around the united states. With Wisconsin being my home, a random dentist office in northeast Montana wouldnt usually be my first choice. After the interaction I had though- I certainly would make it first. After calling numerous dental offices to inquire about a tooth extraction, this office was the first to help that offered Care Credit. Not being totally sure where I was going to be, but hopeful on location, I ended up scheduling an appointment here. They were ON IT with trying to get me in ASAP, aiming to get the situation dealt with same day, same time (meaning new patient visit, x-ray and extraction). The woman who helped me was SO KIND and SO COMPASSIONATE. I wish I remembered her name. This place is as solid as can be in the type of world we live in today. He does most everything.. Root canals, crowns, and all the basics.. He also offers nitrous oxide, if you’re uneasy having dental work done. You buy the mask the first use, and bring it back any other visits where you might want the gas. I don’t think cost is really that much different than elsewhere.

Dr. Spencer is a wonderful dentist. He knows dentistry and keeps current on the latest techniques. His staph is equally qualified. I like how he treats his staff with respect and takes the time to keep them current on dentistry.

The staff at Dr. STEPHEN SPENCERS office; they are very understanding to my fear of Dental office, and to the neglect of my teeth (unintentional). His team cares about me and my teeth. The team explains procedures and cost in great depth.
