My cousin is as gentle as a lamb and recently got fleeced by a guy named Poulos. She was referred to Dr. Rothenberg who regretfully sold h is practice to Poulos. This guy gives her a laundry list of unnecessary dental work to line his pockets. So if you want to get fleeced, Poulos is perfect.

It was a sad day in Syracuse when Dr. Rothenberg retired and this guy Poulos took over. He said some dental work was defective. It seemed fine to me and a second opinion debunked his claim. This man's a shyster pure and simple.

I have been going here for years, great staff, Dr. Rothenburg is a great dentist - gentle and doesn't hurt! Amazing though - I call late in the day with severe tooth pain, they get me right in the next day, evaluate the situation, honestly tell me what I should do - that saves me money and fixes the problem! No more pain! Best Dentist and staff ever!

I have been fearful of the dentist for over 40 years and have let my teeth go because of it. But at TLC Dental Group, Dr. Rothenberg has a method of injecting the shot with almost no pain! He numbs your gum first, then slowly injects the Novocaine, and there is no 'stabbing' pain! The people there are so kind and thoughtful, it is a pleasure to be at this facility. He also does everything possible to save your teeth. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rothenberg provided excellent dental care, however his office's billing and record keeping is a nightmare. There were numerous instances over the years of mix -ups in insurance claims and charges for my husband and me. My husband finally left for another dentist. Last year I was overcharged for a procedure, and I cannot get the staff to issue a refund. After several phone calls and a letter, the office manager will not respond to address my concerns.
