1st time here. I decide to try a new dentist because I haven’t had good experiences with others. Took me two years after the last one. But the Visit here was great. Friendly staff. And doctor was good at explaining every detail.

Dr. Costas seems young, but is a great dentist. I need major and expensive dental work done, and have a range of bad experiences with Maryville and Knoxville dentists and surgeons. Dr. Costas answered a huge range of questions, was very empathetic during a thorough exam. Their scanning and xray technology is really top of the line. He offered a variety of treatment options if cost was a factor. And was happy to explain any part of any plan. His assistant George (?) was friendly and polite with touch needed for exam. Front receptionists were nice, not super accurate with guesstimate pricing, but efficient and friendly. Office is extremely clean with no visible religious objects, which is an unusual choice, but nice. Chair comfy. Small suggestions for the intake forms would be; add another gender category (even just other), ask if patient has dental anxiety, add more contact info lines for emergency contact, and make form auto forward to next box. Overall, very happy with this visit.

I am new in town and had a dental emergency and Dr Costa and Dr Malone and their team got me in and took such great care of me. I have so much anxiety concerning dentists and he and his staff made me so calm and relaxed. I am so glad I found them - if you’re looking for a dentist you need to come to them. They are AMAZING!!!

I’ve been going to this practice for a few years and can’t be more pleased. The docs have the most updated equipment I have seen and they seem to think of treatments from a 360 degree viewpoint. They are also careful about not treating conditions if they don’t really need it. Both docs and the staff are very courteous and professional

Dr. Malone and his staff were very kind, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Malone was very thorough in his explanation of options, and scientific basis for treatment recommendations. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to trust him with their care.

I have a very challenging mouth - receding gums, loose teeth, crowded teeth. Dr. Malone redid a splint on my lower front four teeth that he did twenty years ago. The intricacies and complexities of the splint are amazing. Few dentists have the skill to perform this procedure let alone be sturdy, smooth, and clean. Dr. Malone has allowed me to keep my natural teeth for 20+ years other dentists would have opted for implants long ago. Highly recommend Dr. Malone!

Dr. Malone and his staff treated me very well on my first visit. He was thorough in reviewing my teeth. I have made a follow up appointment. The hygienist cleaned my teeth with a great new technology that did not use abrasives. She did an excellent job explaining and using.
