Customer Focused out of this world bed side manner
I am a 46-year-old male and I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist. I dreaded going to the dentist up until July 2019. In July 2019 I was very lucky to find Dr. Stacy Sheinbein-Garner at her Texas Capital Dental practice. Dr. Sheinbein-Garner and her dental assistants made me feel at ease during my different procedures: cleaning, fillings, Invisalign. Dr. Sheinbein-Garner and her dental assistants will stop multiple times in a 5-minute stretch to make sure the patient is ok. They are very customer focused. They possess out of this world bed side manner. They remember your name and face. They always ask how my mom and dad are doing as my mom and dad are also patients. While they wear masks; they always greet you with a smile. You can tell they are smiling through their eyes. This is hard to explain. One example is, on October 25, 2022 I visited Dr. Sheinbein-Garner’s practice to pick up my next set of Invisalign trays. The previous week I had burn the top of my mouth drink
