Dr. Stacie Arbor, DDS

Dr Arbor has been my family's dentist for many years. When my mother came to live with us she also went to Dr Arbor and her staff. In all the years we have been going they have been totally on the ball, kind, understanding, caring, prompt, professional in every way. We have never had a better experience with a dentist and the staff than with Dr. Arbor. Highly recommend!

The Dentist is great. Unfortunately, this billing department is down right awful. I tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt but, I have had enough. They need to switch to a new billing software or a new vendor. They always gave me a different price each time I went in. The billing dept. would give me one price and say that is all I have to pay. I come in the next time, it's something different. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone to anyone. Pre-authorizations should be standard. I shouldn't have to tell you to do that when I strictly tell you I'm on a budget and I need to know the full price upfront. Not these extra bills coming in later saying the insurance only paid this much. You would know that if you did pre-authorizations. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

Dr. Arbor and the 'TEAM were all wonderful from the call I made, receptionist I spoke with. When I say the entire team they were all wonderful! Not one during my visit did I ever witness anything negative. I've never been fond of seeing dentist but I'll tell you the visit was a Great experience and I'm grateful to have met you and your team! You have a new client fore sure! February 1, 2016 was my first visit.
