HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
My ONLY regret is that I am not able to give this practice fewer than 1 star! NEVER FINISHED THE JOB! Once my money was collected all communication ceased entirely. I have left more messages than I care to count. I have NEVER received a return call, not a note, not a card - NOTHING! What's worse is that the orthadontic work for my children is INCOMPLETE!!! Teeth are missing, holes in their smiles, crooked teeth. It's a disaster! My experience here has been a disaster!! I was told "lets take the braces off for a bit to let the teeth settle". Seemed strange, but ok. I'm not an orthodontist. After that - GHOSTED!! When I called to request my children's records (so that we could start over with a competent ortho) there was a LOT of concern. "Oh we're so sorry...how can we help...what's the issue?" All of my information was collected. I was promised a return call "in a few minutes". A day and a half later I received 15 emails containing patient records. NO RETURN CALL

Our family has been coming to Dr. Frankowitz for at least 15 years to accomplish our beautiful smiles. I will forever recommend Dr. Frankowitz and her staff to anyone for the orthodontic needs. Never have we had issues with her services, her dedication to each patient or the respect and friendliness of her staff. As far as "wait time" (as I read on a previous review) she's worth the wait, if there is one!

The wait time is always ridiculously long and you can never reschedule an appointment because the answer is always no. She has taken on too many patients to work in solidarity.

Outstanding orthodontist. Dr. Frankowitz thoroughly explained all aspects of my children's care including a detailed plan, timeline for treatment, options for different types of braces, and cost. She discussed what each type of braces cost and recommended the least costly braces for both of my children (which I gratefully appreciated!). She has a lovely, warm personality which is one of the reasons my kids actually like going to their appointments.
