Dr. Souha Hanna, DDS

Visited them a long time ago and had a bad experience. This time around I thought it would be better but turned out worse. The guy Andrew was more interested in his phone then actually doing cleaning work. X-ray and cleaning was done in 15 minutes. Did not clean properly, did not floss.. just a waste of time going to them. And, if you do not show up and do not cancel before 24 hours, they apparently charge a fee. Have been to several dentists and this one takes the cake as the worst in the area. Receptionist did not seem to want to talk to anyone

The visit today at approximately 12:10 pm for an appointment at 12:30 pm was quite unpleasant to see a person at the Front Desk and not have the absolute courtesy of being able to deal with the client. An employee named Peggy and that was the name she gave me when I asked her since she felt the anger of arriving at a dentist's clinic and instead of the person being friendly, she shows a character of annoyance. I have visited this clinic on many previous occasions and the only thing I have to say is, thank you for the good care and service I receive, until today October-29-2022.

Dr. Hanna’s staff is wonderful. Dr. Hanna is a great dentists. Always willing to accommodate . Does excellent work.

Dr Hanna is one of the best dentist to have,she’s friendly she’s patient truly cares about her patients she walked me to my procedure step by step even though I was crying and I hate to admit as adult she gave me the patients and the courage to get through it. I can’t say enough about Dr Hanna just to say she’s one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to in my lifetime and that says a lot I’m 60 years old I will recommend her to anyone. If you truly want to dentist who care about your well-being please go see Dr Hanna you won’t regret it I have recommend her several friends to go see her as well.

Dr. Hanna is amazing! I have had years of extensive dental work (implants, root canals, cavities, veneers, you name it), and she is by far, the best dentist I've had! She is careful, thorough, patient and understanding. I came to Dr. Hanna, after having two root canals from another dentist, only to still be in excruciating pain. The first time I came to the office I was so scared but after seeing Dr Hanna I realized it really wasn't that bad.. she great and soft with her hands!! I usually don't look forward for my dental appointments but I don't mind comin back here and the staff makes it that much better!!!
