I have not been to the dentist in a very long time and I was terrified of going. The staff at Dental Associates are really nice and they put you at ease with everything. I was informed with each thing they were doing and they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Lee is very nice, smart and quick. Going to the dentist is no longer something that scares me!

Initial was ok. I then put a deposit on work i needed to postpone. I hadnot rescheduled the work due to conflicts in my schedule and also becsuse they had planned on charging way then got a notice that I missed an appointment I had no idea about since it has been months since I postponed. Got a letter stating my $100 deposit was used a nonshow fee. Really...no reminder call was for a routine visit that was scheduled months ago... Waste of time
