Dr. Sophia Dang, DMD

I previously rated her higher but that changed today. I had an implant put in and after it healed she told me I had to wait to get my crown put in because the torque wrench she needed for my crown she didn't have and didn't want to spend $500 on a new tool. Okay that's understandable. Months and months go by. I finally get called in. She said she got a tool from another dentist in town but it was 20 years old. Even though red flags were going off in my head she proceeded to attempt to screw in my crown...and breaks the screw. Now I have to see my oral surgeon so he can remove the broken screw fragment. I talk to Alex the front manager on the phone and tell him that as a patient how does he think it makes me feel that I'm not worth buying a proper tool for? Not a word from Dr. Dang. I go in this morning to my oral surgeon to have the broken screw removed from my implant. After 45 minutes of working he can't get the screw out. Because of that my otherwise perfectly good implant had to be

This place is a joke. The front desk lady is rude and lies. She told me she checked my insurance to make sure I was covered, which she didn't, resulting in me having to pay for x-rays. When I called her out on it she got attitude. I would not recommend going here for any reason.

I have been going to Dr Dang for years now and have never had any issues. She does an excellent job on my teeth. I will keep seeing her as long as she keeps practicing her service to our community. Great job Sophia! Thank you.

For many years my family and I we been using Dr. Dang Apple family dentistry services . As health care worker I find the service great and full of integrity and high qualities . The front desk is welcoming and fast with minimum waiting time. My family and I are very satisfied with the service we have here .
