My experience with Dr Sullivan and his very qualified staff is nothing short of incredible. I've been going to Dr. Sullivan for nearly 20 years and he's always taken good care of my teeth, especially when I have not. I've had cavities, crowns and root canals, and after each procedure I walk out feeling far better than when I walked in. He lets you know exactly what type of procedure he'd like to perform, and his staff breaks it down financially. There was a time I put off a crown for more than a year, telling him that when I felt pain, I'd be in. While he strongly advised against that, he didn't pressure me with scare stories. He respected my decision. I'm moving out of AZ soon and I hope I find a dentist as good at Dr. Sullivan.

In response to the COVID-19 crisis he installed industry leading air scrubbers, incredibly high disinfection protocols, and team education. You won't find a safer place.

Dr. Sullivan and his staff are great! From day one they have treated me and my family like part of their family. They do excellent work and have helped me achieve the smile I’ve always wanted.

As a dentist Doctor Sullivan is phenomenal. He did implants for me and no one notices they're fake ever. I think he is one of the best in the city. However, he has had a change in front office staff and I have found them to be I unknowledgeable and incompetent. I have also found their sales tactics to be pushy as of late. I put up with it because he was such a good dentist, but I recently had a billing issue. I was frustrated and asking questions, and the front office staff reacted unprofessionally and frankly hostile. I was sent an 8 paragraph email and after reading the second paragraph I stopped reading and decided to leave the practice. When I finally did go back and finish the email she claimed that she had spoken with the doctors and decided I wasn't a "fit" anymore. So glad I had already decided to leave! I was impressed with the technology and professional friendly office. I was able to accomplish everything that needed to be done within a week - a thorough cleaning and evaluation, two crown replacements. The place permanent crown in same visit. I love it!

Dr. Sullivan is the best! He has a great staff who are very professional and friendly. I had the best cleaning I have ever had by a hygienist anywhere. I moved three hours away and I will make the drive to come to Dr. Sullivan after trying other dental offices close to where I live.

They are very nice and they are good at listening. They care so much are their patients and you can tell when you walk in the room.
