She was very kind, very warm & welcoming. She talked me thru everything & made me feel extremely comfortable. She paid attention to my details and made sure I was set on for my aftercare. Her assistant was amazing as well! Loved those ladies, I will continue to utilize her as my dentist.

There was no wait time after I checked in. The dental hygienist and dentist did a great job cleaning my teeth.

Somehow Dr. Brown was able to extract a piece of tooth that must have broken off and got stuck under the gum. She found this while doing a couple of fillinas. My cousin, who has been complaining about just how much his whole mouth hurt for so long, came out all smiles, saying that his mouth felt instantly great! Thank you Dr. Brown!!So here's some good daily advice... 'brush your teeth at least twice, and most especially at night!' PAW and 'Only floss the teeth that you want to keep!' lol Anonymous!! Dental Assistant very friendly and polite from beginning to end of visit. As soon as I stepped into the hallway area leading to dental exam rooms I noticed the sterile smell, cleanliness and brightness of the area. Excellent service from registration to the doctor.Dr. Brown was very professional and thorough in her explanation of what was going on with my tooth and the options for resolving problem. She gave me a referral to see an oral surgeon for dental services along with a list of some local private practices, VCU School of Dentistry and Nelson Clinic for a tooth extraction.
