Pain ~ during injection, while drilling, tooth broke after root canal, causing sharp edge that caught and cut cheek. Price quoted was less than charged. Inability to reach ANYONE re: root canal issues (day or night or weekends). Post treatment paperwork advises to call the dentist “on call,” but no one is “on call.” Prescriptions for infection and pain were NEVER called in. Dentist tried to crown but it appears the root is still partially present. It’s been over two weeks … still no one from Endodontist office has called.

The tooth has been pulled but root canal is still in my sinus five years later. My cheek is weak. I think you did this intentionally. I can see it clearly on CT and MRI. Beware if you go to her and you're African American.

Dr. Sherin Yusuf, is NOT skilled, her equipment for retreatment is outdated, and procedure has lots of continued pain. She only cares about money and nothing else.

After my root canal on my upper molar, my face looked flat and I experience throbbing pain. The root canal looks like it's has punctured my sinus. She’s never responded to me and the entire Coast dental staff laughed about it as if it were a joke. I've walked around like this for five years. Being sent from dentist to dentist and sinus doctor to sinus doctor. I would not advise going to this dentist or any other coast dental staff.

Dr Sheerin Yusuf caused me lots of pain while doing root canal procedure . Also, she put lots of gas in mouth while doing root canal procedure which made me almost vomit and did not fill my gum properly with filling which cut my tongue. I will never ever go back to her for root canal treatment.

Had good overall experience. Dr Yusuf has excellent skills and very knowledgeable. My tooth was infected and my regular dentist referred me to an Endodontist. She performed the required surgery to help heal. A caring and very competent dentist/Endodontist.

Horrible!!! She practices price gouging. She is more preoccupied with money, as opposed to the patient's dental health. Also, she lacks good injection techniques. She hurts you terribly.

Dr. Yusuf performed a root canal on me in the Woodstock office. She is very professional and did a fantastic job. This is the second one she performed on me and I recommend her highly!

\she didn't tell you about the procedure of the root canal, she didn't tell you why you should take the root canal, she just say you have to do root canal, and after she prescribed, she didn't have the patience to tell you how to take the medication and warn the side effects, she just say the pharmacist will tell you. And the pharmacist only tell you how many times you take them one day. And she prescribed hydrocodone acetaminophen for the root canal, which caused side effects I didn't expect.
