Dr. Sheena Knight, DMD

There were several billing problems over a series of months which I Dr Knight but nothing was done. I have had my insurance call several times to say I am active and ask for claims but nothing submitted. I stopped by the Office so I could submit claims myself but Dr Knight will not speak with me. MONTHS of not billing correctly and then hitting me with a huge bill which you WON'T send to insurance even when they call. Now I am terminated as a Client when I did nothing wrong. This happened to 3 of my friends whom I recommended to your practice. They need to do an investigation into you and Michelle. I am very sure you cannot deny me my claims information for me to submit because you won't.

I have been a patient at Savannah Quarters Dental for several years. During that time, I have seen Dr. Sheena Knight and her partner, Dr. Casey Cameron, on numerous occasions for ongoing dental issues. In each instance, service promises were not met, causing numerous returns and adjustments, resulting in my experiencing undue stress, and diminished trust. Dr. Knight comes on as friendly but, when challenged, becomes arrogant and obnoxious. For instance, after several failed attempts by her to resolve issues regarding my removable partial denture (RPD), she told me SHE was trying to be patient with me. Her assertion that it was she trying to be patient was rich since it was I who had to return on an average of every two weeks for fittings from June until October. Since the RPD remains ill-fitting and ugly, and will no doubt have to be, hopefully, corrected by another dental practice, it is I who have remained patient. This was the second major treatment I had with this doctor. The first treatment resulted in even more dire results, leaving me on my own with an improperly fitting denture during a time when I had an important speech to make (last year on September 24, 2023), at Yale University. The most recent work is the result of the unprofessional previous work. Unless you have perfect teeth requiring basic dental care, I would stay away from this practice.

Dr. Sheena and everyone at Savannah Quarters Dental Care we’re so kind and caring when I brought my elderly parents in for their appointments. I really appreciated the respect my parents were shown especially my mother who has dementia. It was such a positive experience. The pricing and insurance info is very transparent and helped us to understand everything so that there would be no surprises. I really can’t say enough great things about them!

Thus far, my visits have been professional and safe. Doctor and staff are courteous and very patient.

She made the problem that I went to see her for worse. I thought she was rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. I do not recommend Dr. Knight.
