We've greatly enjoyed our experiences with Underwood Orthodontics. Both of our kids have had braces here. The staff is kind, courteous, and professional. They work with you on any issues you encounter, and incentives to follow instructions are offered to patients. If I had one to mention one detractor it would be that the office is closed on Fridays. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality treatment in a nice, inviting office.

Dr. Underwood and his staff are wonderful. From start to finish, Dr. Undewood's office is friendly, organized and produces great results. I wish all doctor offices operated like Dr. Underwood's office.

Our family has had an excellent experience with Dr Underwood and his staff. My daughter began evaluations with him at age 8 every 6 months until it was time to begin treatment. She had braces put on at age 14 and visited ever 6 weeks for 2 years. The Underwood staff is always so friendly, helpful, and supportive of any anxiety my daughter had regarding her braces. So far so good. They fully explained all the aspects of the care and financial aspects at the consultation. The office is clean, well laid out and conveniently located.

Dr. Underwood and Judy are AMAZING. They always have a smile on their face and make you feel like part of the family. Dr. Underwood has given one of my daughters such a beautiful smile. She recently got her braces off and we are extremely pleased. My other daughter just recently got braces and they made everything so simple and easy.

The Dr Underwood and assistants are very kind friendly and explain everything very good. The office is clean and real pretty.

Please reconsider this practice as your choice of care. They will be unkind. They will treat you poorly. They will double charge for services already paid for and rendered. They will say they don’t but they do. Find the good hearted orthodontists in the area that have a kind staff and ethical business practices. When values seem to mean little these days, empower yourself and find an office that will treat you with respect, kindness, and fairness. Be very weary. Tread lightly.
