Dr. Shaun Soucie, DDS

Dr. Soucie is very professional, kind and patient. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled about root canal treatments. In addition, all staff in his office are very gentle and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Soucie for endodontic care!

Dr. Soucie was absolutely phenomenal! I had a tooth that had a previous root canal from another endodontist years prior. While I was on vacation my tooth broke (the worst!). My friend referred me to Dr. Soucie and told me I couldn't go anywhere else because he was the best! She sure was right! Dr. Soucie took the time to explain what was going on. He had me take a 3D scan to see if we could save my tooth before he would recommend any treatment. Thankfully he did because we could not save my tooth; I broke too much off :-(. He took my tooth out that day and prepared to have an implant placed in the future. I barely felt the shots. The removal was very easy. They went over what the cost was and what they thought insurance would cover and how much I had to pay prior to the treatment. Very transparent and the entire staff makes you feel like you are welcomed and valued. Very friendly office staff and Dr Soucie is awesome at what he does. No one wants a root canal, but if you need one this is the Dr you need!

I was in great pain with my Tooth and called in the morning and the staff got me right in later that day. Dr Soucie treated my Tooth and I am so grateful. It was a painless experience and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Soucie as well as his entire team is excellent! They squeezed me into the schedule when I was in serious pain, for which I'm so grateful. The front office even called me in advance to tell me he was running about 15 minutes behind... no problem! I'm typically pretty nervous about dental procedures, but Dr. Soucie put me at ease from the moment I met him. He explained the procedure and all the costs involved. They even called the next day to make sure I was doing well. Five stars all around!

On 9/11/17 Dr. Soucie charged us $2100 for a 1.5 hour root canal. He did this after explaining the charges to the patient as she sat in the chair. As spouse, I am very displeased he did not consult first with both of us so we would not feel blindsided by this outrageous cost.

I had 1 tooth extracted on 12-15-16. I was billed that day $1,038. I was told checks are cut by his office once monthly (a lie). My insurance (Cigna) paid this office in late February). I was owed $636.60 according to insurance. I went into the office 3-3-17 (almost 3 months after being overbilled at $1,038), to confirm I was owed $636.60. A check was mailed to me and received 3-10-17 for $186.60, so I was shorted $450 dollars. My stitches were out by day 3 and food was getting into my sinuses.

Over charged me for my Root Cannel. Very, very slow at refunds. In fact after a couple of weeks, we still don't have it. Typical, checks in the mail response lately after the first response of we don't owe you anything. Dr. Soucie on the other hand was excellent and did a terrific job, just not a fan club of his office staff...:-(
