My wife when to this dentist today for a check up and cleaning. She was given an numbing agent around her mouth. Then the dentist proceeded to roughly treat her to the point she was crying in pain and had to tell her to stop. She was bleeding from all the rough treatment. She got half her teeth cleaned and was charged $430 after she told them to stop. Then they wanted get her for a $3,600 treatment plan. This is a money hungry doctor and does not care about the patient just the money. Avoid this dentist at all costs.

It's really sad when you try to support your fellow Howard University Alumna's small, black owned business and receive subpar customer service, yet are charged premium prices. First off, the braces were marked up nearly 200%. Secondly the process was not fully explained. I'm expecting six (6) months of Invisalign, yet when installed, I got regular wire braces. Dr. Reid has been the one of the best dentist I have ever been too. She is passionate about her work and extremely meticulous. I had a huge amount of work to do and felt no discomfort what so ever. Her staff is EXCELLENT! Very sweet, polite, and caring. I would recommend her to anyone. She has a lot of patience and takes the time to actually sit down and give you her full attention. She is overall the best dentist I have ever gone too!!!!

If I could give her a cero I would. She said 2 filings a little bit over 2 years ago and ever since she touch my mouth I have been experiencing the most horrific pain in those teeth. I went to her office several times to get it fix but it never happened. At one point, one of the fillings came out and I kept it to show it to her and she did not believe me. I went to 5 different dentists and 3 of them agreed that she did a bad job in my mouth and as a consequence I lost both tooth.
