bad experience at dental office
I had a bad experience at this dental office and Aamir Kabani was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful when I tried to reschedule my appt. So I decided to no longer remain a patient at this dentist office. I needed my dental records forwarded to my new dentist office, and Aamir Kabani sent the incorrect dates for my x-rays deliberately. I had to call this office twice just to get the situation rectified.

bad experience at dental office
I had a bad experience at this dental office , and the receptionist Aamir have a nasty attitude, is unprofessional, and have horrible customer service. On 8-5-2024, I signed an authorization and consent to release dental records form.I requested for Kabani dental office to send my dental records, and x-rays to another dentist office. I was informed via email by Aamir K on 8-5-2024 that the request would be completed within 24-48 hrs. I just spoke to the dentist office on today 8-7-2024, and they confirmed that kabani dental didn't send all of my dental records with the correct dates of service. Aamir sent the dental records from (September 2022, November 2023, and August 6, 2024) which are all of the INCORRECT DATES). The dates the 3 claims were filed are as states. (JANUARY 16, 2024, JULY 13, 2022, & JUNE 13, 2022). Aamir also (DID NOT) send the CORRECT DATE that my last x-rays where taken which was on 1-16-2024, and he deliberately sent the WRONG date for August 6, 2024.
