Dr. Seth Latimer, DDS

My child has received excellent dental care from Dr. Latimer and the Hyannis team, but we've had nothing but trouble with the Falmouth office staff. They make mistakes, pretty big mistakes, and are unaccountably inflexible and rude. Until a more pleasant and competent person takes over the Falmouth desk, I'll be taking my family elsewhere.

The worst dentist I've ever had contact with. He's not a good professional. I argued with him about a procedure that I didn't authorize on my child and his answer was that he does what he wants, that he doesn't need parental permission to do any procedure. Nonsense! This is not a professional attitude. It's children we're talking about. Anything he does can be harmful to a child for his or her life. If you love your children, stay away from them. One more thing, he's not coming to talk to you. He sends his messengers to speak. He never talks to you personally.

Great with my four children . Knows how to approach his patient and makes it a great experience. All my children live going to the dentist . Everyone at the clinic is wonderful! Thank you !

The whole office experience was very professional. The staff were all first rate. Dr Latimer was very clear on what I was to expect when he started removing my tooth.
