Dr. Sergey Dedov DDS was late for my appt at 10:00 am. The dental hygienist informed me that he was stuck in traffic at 10:50 am. He walked in the clinic at 10:55 am and was just getting ready for the day! Very unprofessional!! I was seen by Dr. Katia Guerra DMD instead and my appt felt rushed. The hygienist spent 2 minutes cleaning my teeth (many vital steps were missing compared to other dental offices). Not very thorough experience!
