Dr Bateson has worked on me 3 times from a crown placement to filling replacement and extracting a wisdom tooth. I find her kind, compassionate thorough and she does a great job explaining what she will do. I have a poor history of experiences with dentists and she has completely abated my fears. I honestly have never even felt the numbing shots for the work. Great dentist who truly seems to enjoy her profession.

I just wanted to take a moment to say what a great experience I had with Dr. Bateson. Having been a dental assistant for many years, I was, shall we say, really watching and listening. I was so glad to have finally found someone who really seemed to care about me as a person and my dental health and not just "productivity-money". She was so very skilled in giving the injection, I was very nervous about that because it one is not careful, it can really be painful and OMG, she was the absolute best!!! The procedure was not long and went very well. I will most definitely recommend her and this office to everyone! I truly appreciate everything they have done to protect their staff as well as patients. I know this pandemic has added much more stress to their day, especially the front desk ladies, but they never let it show. I was very impressed. Thank you all for a job well done:)

I went to Dr. Bateson for an emergency dental appointment and she made me feel very at ease. She is very competent and took care of my dental issue immediately. She suggested a few options and I selected to get a crown - she thoroughly explained every step of the process. I was able to get follow-up appointments quickly and it all worked out smoothly. She made the experience an easy one. I would definitely recommend her.

had an extremely great experience getting a treatment from Dr Bateson. she is a kind and compassionate doctor. Been through many different procedures with her, including surgeries and root canal treatment. I was amazed by her technical skills, patience, and perfection. Very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend her . All our family members visit her.
