Dear Dr. Rankin, Mr. Paul, Ms. Wright, Mr. Braun, and Mr. Schuessler,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at All Smiles Dentistry on August 9th and 10th, 2024.Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment on August 9th at 2:00PM for a routine cleaning, I was surprised to learn that I would also need a panorama x-ray of my mouth. Despite scheduling a cleaning-only appointment, I was informed that no such appointment existed in the system and that the dental hygienist had already left for the day.Furthermore, I was pressured into undergoing additional x-rays and was informed that I required a deep cleaning, despite my regular cleaning schedule every three months. The suggestion of splitting the deep cleaning over two separate appointments on August 10th and 12th was unacceptable to me as I had never requested nor needed such a procedure.Subsequently, the demand for a $500 payment for a service I

Had my front bridge fallout and Dr. Rankin did a great fix for me. Very gentle too.

Their billing department will submit claims to your insurance company and send you duplicate invoices for same amount in the hope that patient is clueless or overwhelmed by false invoices via email, text and mail in the hope that you give up and pay.

Went in for a check up was told I needed a filling. Filling turned into a nightmare crown. I gave him six tries before I switched dentists. Also he insisted I get my wisdom teeth out which were not causing any problems. I expressed my concerns and he laughed them off. Now I have several more dental issues caused by removal of my wisdom teeth. Also when he did a filling on a soft spot the whole time he complained that he hated doing fillings and then left a hole under the filling and sharp edge
