He is lack of knowledge, when he performed a dental cleaning, he used the drill on my tongue and it was extremely painful, it went bleed, and I told him to be careful, he went mad and said it's not uncommon for such thing to happen. That was unprofessional. He is lack of knowledge and not open to communication. When I ask him a question and follow up or post procedure care, he is impatient and rushes off. He usually have patients wait for at least 45 mins before they can be seen.
