This is one of MANY AS NOW THAT DR. HASHEMI HAS FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE LEFT THESE AND BEGAN TO IMPOSE ANY AND ALL UNDESIRABLE SCENARIOS TO INFLICT INCONVENIENCE AND PAIN FOR MYSELF. MY INSURANCE COMPANY HAS APPROVED AMONGST OTHER PROCEDURES, FOR 2 TEETH WITH EXPOSED ROOTS TO BE PULLED. I CAME IN ONCE IN 1/18 TO HAVE THEM PULLED, "WE DONT HAVE TIME" AS IVE BEEN AVOIDING THE OFFICE TO CONSOLIDATE VISITS (THE PAIN RETURNED IMMENSELY) DR. HASHEMI REFUSED TO PULL IT. I WAS CHARGED FOR A CONSULT THOUG
