Dr. Scott Drake, DMD

I made an appointment for an extraction related to a severe toothache related to a cavity and severe gum recession on that tooth. Appointment was 30 hours in advance. Dr. Drake agreed at the appointment that the tooth needed too come out - but when I asked about a treatment for gum recession involving a product made from cadaver tissue - Dr. Drake told me I was incorrect and that only bone grafting was done. I told him my brother had had it done and he insisted I was wrong. I googled it and told him the procedure was an allograft using a product of a similar name (brand name not allowed in review). It was only then he told me he didn't have time to remove my tooth. So much for continuing education I guess. I assume he was getting revenge as I had proven the procedure and product does, in fact, exist despite his lack of knowledge as a professional and licensed dentist. Pathetic and childish.
