Dr. Sarah Naisbitt, DDS

Visiting this office was a great experience! I highly recommend! I was very impressed with all of the technology they have. I went in for a cleaning and they noticed I needed a filling replaced. They also scanned my teeth and made a night guard for me; because of clenching my teeth at night. It fits great and I wish I would have done it years ago!

Went here because it was close to my home. The first time I went things were fine. They did a lot of imaging and cleaned my teeth. They scheduled a time for me to come back because a filling had fallen out and Dr. Naisbitt wanted to fill it again. This is where things went south. She numbed the area and asked if I could feel anything, which I could. She said that it would get numb and started working. I don't know if she numbed the wrong spot or didn't do enough, but I felt the whole thing. About ten minutes in she asked if I could still feel everything and I said that I could. She told me that she was almost done and proceeded to finish without numbing the tooth. I have never had a more painful experience at the dentist. Then I learned I was charged for the imaging. $30 per image, most of which were images of canker sores that I already knew I had and have dealt with since I was a teenager. I absolutely will not be going back and urge you to find somewhere else to go.

I've been coming to this office since before Dr. Naisbitt took over and my level of care has always been great! She is an excellent dentist and her staff is exceptional! She and her staff provide a clean, safe, and relaxing environment that's perfect for any of you not so sure about going to a dentist. I've never been disappointed!

Don’t go here unless you want to wait in your room for 40 + minutes. The assistant will seat you fairly quickly but, then you won’t even hear from the doctor 30 minutes, then she’ll leave frequently throughout your procedure making the appointment even longer. She also isn’t completely honest about the treatment you need/ should be getting. I won’t be back, please go somewhere else.

Very pleasant experience. I used to not like going to the dentist because I would go home with teeth pain and headaches after my cleanings. They are very gentle so I do not go home in pain.
