Dr. Sara Twardy, DMD

Pathetic. My wife and I took our child to have work done under sedation, which we had both scheduled so our schedules were clear, months in advance. They called us and said they had a cancellation so could we bring him early. My wife told them we would have to pick him up from school and we would be right there. Once we arrived we were told that they WOULDN'T see him because he had been at school and they didn't know if he had anything to eat or drink at school. They NEVER communicated that he couldn't go to school. The communication in this office is a JOKE. Truly pathetic. I would suggest looking anywhere but here for a pediatric dentist. We're stuck going to see her one more time but we've already located another dentist and after this we will NEVER go back.

Dr. Sara Twardy is an amazing dentist. She is truly caring and compassionate. She goes out of her way to make patients feel comfortable, and she is very accommodating to the parents as well. I highly recommend her!

What I thought would be a easy first extraction turned into a horrible experience at the end. Dr Sara Twardy did not care at all my concern for not being able to keep my sons tooth. He had a very small infection on a tooth in the back of his mouth and we decided to go ahead and get it out before it got worst. My son did great for a 5 year old when getting it removed and I was extremely proud of him. Upon completion I asked about keeping the tooth and was told I couldn’t because it was infected I

cruel & agressive dentist. ruined my child experience of the dentist office. My 5 yr old turned to me after her appointment & said "do i have to see her again?" .... yeah Sara Twardy is horrible & do not take your child to her. Was told thats repeat behavior for her. You are a children's dentist, you need to exercise patience & compassion & not exhibit aggression & snap on children because they aren't being cooperative at 5 yrs old. She held my child & barked in her face, because she cried!
