The service in this office is so pathetic, I made an appointment over the phone at the end of December after 3 days of being trying to reach out for Dr. Rana and finally I made the appointment for January 16 I reach there on time she took about 40 minutes after my appointment time to come out to tell me that I was in the list. what kind of service is that? she doesn't have a receptionist to answer the phones or greet patients .she even charge 35 dollars for a missing appointment well I think patients should charge her 60 dollars for wasting their time as well, the also consider that our time is as valuable as their time.

I was extremely pleased with the professional and courteous way I was treated by Dr Rana. After my X-rays we put a plan in place and everything was completed on time and I love my smile

I had a mishap at work and broke my two front teeth. Dr. Rana took me right in and fixed them immediately. They look better than they ever did!

I'm terrified of dental work and was scared to see a new dentist. Dr. Rana made my experience so painless. Excellent dental work and great pricing. I would definitely recommend.

Showed up for an appointment and the dentist was not there....That was the last straw. I made that appointment weeks in advance. Here are a couple more: 1. They do not answer the phone. Hard to get. Do not check their messages and then have the nerve to ask if you left a message when you mentioned that you cannot get them by phone. 2. Roster office. Will not make an appointment unless you are on the roster.
