root canal
The doctor did a great job and I am happy with the results.The office staff is an entirely different story. The person told me what my insurance would pay and it was all wrong. I am sure it was not even checked. Therefore I overpaid by over $1000. I should have checked myself however when I was having root canal problems I just wanted it fixed ASAP. After the fact, you cannot get a human on the phone but can only leave a message. It is typical of the type of customer service people get today.
