Dr. Samer Ebeid, DDS

This dentist was unprofessional, condescending, and had the gall to try to bill me for his dreadful services. Dr. Ebeid was dismissive of my concerns, did not properly communicate treatment options, and ultimately withheld treatment (after numbing half my face). His lack of empathy was evident. Overall, I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for competent and caring dental care. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and low-quality treatment make this dentist a regrettable choice for dental care.

I could write a book on all the problems Samer M. Ebeid DDS of San Rafael CA Has caused me and my family. I will just stick to my own personal experience and let the others decide if they want to warn others about him. First off, I found him to be very nice. But - either he needs glasses, better equipment or up to date training. I do not know. But he has caused me and people I know, YEARS of problems! I had a root canal done by him years ago that was never been quite right. I went back to him to check it. He did X-rays and said everything looks fine. A few years later I went back again. Again, he did X-rays and said everything still looks fine, don’t worry. It slowly got worse. At first it hurt, then it went away for a little while then it hurt again. This went on for quite awhile. At this point have lost count on how many times I have gone back saying there is something not right. Dr. Ebeid is a star. I have needed to see Dr. Ebeid for several procedures, I have a difficult mouth. There is no pleasant reason to see someone for the services he offers; BUT I found myself almost looking forward to seeing him for this most recent treatment. Having the confidence that he would both save this latest tooth, avoid an infection and NOT cause me any pain made the episode almost pleasant. Thank you Dr. Ebeid and Staff.
