I would give this 0 stars if I could. They told me I would have to pay $90 for "debridement." I asked the difference between that and a regular teeth cleaning. The dentist refused to give me specifics. I opted for a regular teeth cleaning because I have easy-to-maintain teeth that are in good shape. He scraped / cleaned my four front teeth on the top and bottom. No one cleaned any of my back teeth. It was less than 10 min in the chair, and they didn't even floss my teeth. They did the exact same thing to my spouse the week before. It's a scam and they won't actually clean your teeth unless you pay (even with dental insurance). Next time I would rather go somewhere nicer and just pay out of pocket. Waste of time.

We're been seeing Dr. Mudrik since 2007. He is fantastic! He does a great job with children as well as adults. He is also very well respected and connected in the dental community and has great recommendations for experts who do root canals and periodontal work.

I had a feeling that I am in some clinic in Russia, even though I’m not Russian and haven’t been there. The doctor was in a rush,didnt bother to ask me if I had any concerns.Came in,I tried to tell him that one of my teeth on the right lower side of my jaw was bothering when drinking or eating, he just looked at me annoyingly and said“ just open you mouth”He was very disrespectful and treated me like I owned him a huge amount of money and came in to ask for more.The fact that youre the doctor and I am not, doesn’t mean that I can be treated with disrespect.You are the one providing services and should at least appreciate that you have people coming in, because without patients, you wont be making any money. But I realized, that’s his way of treating others. I’ve overheard him say to his nurse “ you, be quiet when I talk”.This man needs to work on his ego and stop treating others like his slaves.Definitely not going to him and will share with my friends and family my awful experience.

Terrible experience, I got my wisdom tooth extracted, firstly he took 3 hours to do this, and in the process damaged a nerve that has left me with a portion of my tongue with no sensation at all for the rest of my life. I landed up in ER 5 day after the extraction due to him not prescribing antibiotics after extraction.

This comment is about the office billing procedures. The office outsources their billing services, which causes issues if you want any sort of receipt for services performed. They don't provide any such documentation at time of service. A receipt must be requested from the third party billing company. You may or may not get your documentation to verify against what was submitted to the insurance company. I would request a receipt at time of service but had to call back days later. Frustrating!

They have billed my insurance for cleaning which is supposed to be free every 6 months. I called my insurance company to check my benefits because I couldn't believe it and I should have paid $0 but they charged me $55. They are ripping people off!! Never going back there agin!

I went to this guy a few years ago because he was the closest to me that took my insurance, I had a bad tooth that needed to be pulled, he injected me with novacain and when he started to work on my tooth the novacain was not working, I tried letting him know I was in tremendous pain but he kept working on my tooth, my husband heard me screaming in pain from the waiting area. When he was done I had tears streaming down my face and he acted like I was overreacting. Very bad dentist.

Placing a temporary filling which fell out a few days later and they charged me for at the time of service, then they put a permanent one in and charged me for that as well when they should have put a permanent one in first place. Then my son went there and they charged him for a cleaning which is free every six months on insurance and they billed my insurance company as well.
