Dr Melita took care to make me comfortable. Explained along the way what was happening. The office is clean and pleasant, the staff is attentive and friendly.

The wait time is generally 1 and 1/2 hours. Hygienist does a 10-15 minute cleaning. Office is dirty with rusty equipment

The office is old and dingy. Long wait time to only be told they can't make it the same day and I have to come back. Then they make it, but are rushing and put on the wrong filling color. Refused to admit it didn't match when I brought it up and said I was not happy with it, and rushed me out. Charged myself and my insurance over $800 for it. I don't feel like going back to fix it. Now I will have to pay out of pocket to fix it with a different doctor.

Disappointed
Doctor Salvatore didn't pick the right color for my fillings, it differs from my tooth color. I told the doctor I was not happy with the result, but he said it would blend in later and rushed me out. Well, it never did. Now I have to go to the other dentist and pay out of pocket, because I don't think my insurance will cover another $700 for the same work on the same tooth, and I don't trust this doctor anymore with anything. Waste of time and money. They don't even have a spit sink in the office, everything is very dated.

My experience with Dr Melitta was extremely fantastic. He is very good at what he does. He listens and takes his time and explains everything to you. Love this dentist very much. 5 stars all the way.
