Amazing orthodontist! She truly cares about her patients and pays attention to detail. She has treated two of my kids and their smiles truly shine!

Amazing orthodontist. Two of my kids have had braces with Dr. Peters. Every time I look at my kids high school graduation picture smile, I think of her wonderful skills as an orthodontist. We could not have made a better choice...caring, detail oriented, a perfectionist, and willing to take time of from her regular hours to care for emergencies only begin to describe Dr. Peters. I would highly recommend!

Service is not up to par with other orthodontists. Wait times for appointments are very long and the doctor always seems rushed. Hard to reach doctor as phone is often not answered and calls are not returned promptly. Price is similar to other orthodontists but service was much worse. Also it took 2 weeks for my son to receive his retainer and his teeth had already shifted. Most good orthos do this right in their office or through a lab that gets them out quickly.

Bad service. Long wait times, billing system is unclear, no receptionist to answer calls. Retainers not made in-house and take forever to show up. Hard to say if she knows what she's doing--always rushed and never takes the time to explain treatment plan or what she's doing at the appointments. There are so many other decent orthodontists around I don't know how she stays in business.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. This doctor does not care about her patients. Service is awful. Won't answer the phone or return phone calls. I have personally waited 2+ hours for my appointment. I have seen little progress in my orthodontic treatment--I'm not even sure she knows what she is doing. I am seriously considering switching orthodontists.
