Been a patient for 17 years with Dr. Essen. He is a state of the art professional and cares about giving back to our community. He and his staff are like family. Professional, compassionate, understanding, accommodating. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone. I am relocating to NY but I am considering flying back every six months because of his remarkable care.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Takes time to listen and is genuinely interested in his patients’ well being. Very sensitive to patients’ feelings. Great for people who are afraid of the dentist or sensitive to treatment.

When you enter this dentist's welcoming outer office one is immediately relaxed and impressed with the pleasant greeting of the receptionist and evident efficiency; coffee is available, a pleasant selection of magazines, and portrayed on the wall are Dr. Essen's many achievements and special dentistry skills. One's confidence goes up. The hygienist is thorough and careful to explain her work and it is carefully checked by Essen. Procedures are done with outstanding skill. First class!

The staff and dentist are very caring. They have the patients best interest always in mind and work hard to deliver quality dental care. The one star review from someone must be a mistake as Dr Essen is nothing but professional and when I had a similar issue handled it flawlessly.

Stay far away from the dentist, I went in for a root canal and ended up with a cemented tooth that eventually needed to be extracted to do this dentist. To make things worse the dentist ran out of "Saline Solution" during my procedure and had to use some makeshift cream that had the ingredient to finish the procedure. Also got fluid in my jaw bone which was one of the most painful feelings i have ever felt. Their are other alternatives in Palm City, don't make the same mistake I did.
