Dr. Ryan Fleming, DDS

I would like to communicate how disappointed I am in this practice. We are a family of 8 and have spent thousands with Dr Fleming. We had to reschedule several appointments this year, which we also paid for and then out of the blue received a letter that the practice would no longer see us. We had an appointment scheduled within one week for major dental work. No warning, no hey want to let you know we feel you are missing too many appointments thus if miss again we can't see your family. We have also filled a lot of their last minute cancellations over the years. When I spoke with the Office Manager she was extremely rude and said I don't know what kind of career you have but we can make this decison. I have a recording of this as well. No customer should be treated in this way and I strongly do not recommend this practice.

Clearly the best dentist in the Carmel/Westfield area. Kind and caring, with a courteous staff. His hygienist are the most gentle we've ever had. My husband is in a wheelchair and Dr. Fleming took time out to push him to our car. Who does that! I highly recommend him. I would give him 10 stars, as five is not enough.

Dr Fleming is a straight shooter in regards to your dental problems. He rank orders them in severity. He makes excellent crowns in the office while you wait. The hygienists are wonderful. The office staff is congenial and willing to patiently explain billing and insurance and work with the patient. Highly recommended.

Office runs efficiently and staff very friendly. Dr Fleming has such a pleasant personality and is a talented dentist. Is honest in his approach and always does what’s best for the patient.

I saw this dentist in February of 2018. I was told I'd need some dental work done and was given a written estimate for less than $200. Had the work done and paid $186.00. Then I received a bill two months later saying my insurance would not cover the expenses for over $1300. The dentist told me that he couldn't afford to hire enough staff to be able to call each insurance company to see if they would cover the expenses. I'd never even been told they hadn't contacted my insurance....

Dr. Fleming and his staff are fantastic! They are all very caring and eager to make your visit as pleasurable and easy as possible.

Dr. Fleming and his team are always friendly and helpful. I had been a traumatized dental patient who avoided going to the dentist for over 15 years. They've brought back my faith in dentistry -- and humanity. Since my first visit last year for an emergency visit, I am now also bringing my children to Dr. Fleming for our regular appointments.
